The goodness of corn and rice pasta
Cornmeal and rice flour have always been used as substitutes for wheat flour to allow people intolerant to gluten to include flour-based products in their diet. Il Marchesato offers a range of gluten-free pasta suitable for satisfying the needs of people who have chosen to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet. The corn and rice noodles are tasty, but delicate, perfect to be seasoned to taste, sure to always get an excellent recipe appreciated by all your guests. To make this inviting pasta, we use organic flour processed according to the methods of the pasta artisans: bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures. The bronze die gives the surface of the tagliatelle the roughness necessary to incorporate the sauce of its sauce well. The low temperatures and slow drying do not distort the organoleptic properties of the ingredients, preserving their characteristics, and ensure that the pasta holds up well when cooked al dente.
Why Corn and Rice Flour
We have chosen to use organic corn and rice flour to make the tagliatelle because these are naturally gluten-free ingredients. Thanks to these ingredients, the pasta is light and easily digestible. The absence of preservatives makes the corn paste from Le Bontà del Marchesato the ideal ingredient for preparing a good first course, even for children.
