The good of Ceci pasta and brown rice
Tagliatelle with chickpea flour and brown rice are prepared as tradition requires with a bronze drawing, slow drying and at low temperatures. This allows to maintain all the nutritional properties of the ingredients used in pasta. In addition, the pasta is resistant to cooking and is porous: the tagliatella is perfectly combined with the sauce, creating an appetizing, and inviting dish capable of teasing even the most demanding palates. The Chickpea flour is a basic ingredient of many of the recipes of the Italian tradition, in this case the Organic Chickpea Flour is used to create fantastic tagliatelle. Why Chickpea Flour and Brown Rice
Marchesato decided to combine the Ceci flour and the Brown Rice flour, in a balanced and nutritious combination. Chickpeas are a very nutritious legume, while brown rice is a good source of complex carbohydrates. With the tagliatelle with chickpea flour and brown rice Marchesato the body assumes useful nutrients, without sacrificing taste.

Tagliatelle with Chickpeas and Whole Rice flour can be combined with an excellent fresh vegetable sauce to be created on the spot. Fry the onion in a pan with a little oil, add the zucchini or eggplant cut into cubes and when they are almost at the end of their cooking combine the fresh tomato cut into cubes, season with a little salt, and let it finish cooking. Once the sauce is ready add the pasta and voila, your noodle is ready to be enjoyed!
