The good of Black Beans and Corn pasta
What catches the eye of the pasta with Black Bean and Corn flour, is the black color, and this is what makes it unique and intrigues those who observe it. The color is given by the use of organic black bean flour, which guarantees the quality of the product. The processing follows the tradition: bronze drawing, slow drying and at low temperatures, which allows to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the ingredients. In addition, the product is resistant to cooking and rich in taste, able to satisfy every type of palate.

Why Black Bean and Corn Flour
Marchesato pasta is tasty and appetizing. The bean is traditionally considered a poor ingredient but has always been part of the gastronomic tradition for its good taste and nutritional value. Even corn has always been used and chosen precisely because it is hearty, to make the poorest dishes such as polenta. In short, the tradition is rich in simple dishes, which uses ingredients that have been re-evaluated for their properties as well as for their taste. Even Marchesato has chosen to use these ingredients to bring to the table a new goodness!

At the table with Marchesato
With the penne Marchesato, you can revisit a classic dish of the Italian tradition: pasta beans, potatoes and mussels. Boil the potatoes previously, in a pan instead let the mussels blend with white wine. Once the pasta is towards the end of cooking, add the mussels to the pan, with the potatoes and stir to create a velvety cream. Add a sprinkling of parsley before serving and enjoy this goodness.
